Mostly caused by excessive roundness error of the screen roller or wear of the guide rail. Solution: Replace with high-precision ceramic screen rollers (with roundness error controlled within ±0.001mm), repair or replace the worn guide rail, and at the same time adjust the tension of the transmission belt. The offset error can be reduced from 0.05mm to within 0.02mm.
The main cause is uneven ink transfer by the mesh roller and blockage of the ink path filter. The solution is: use laser-engraved ceramic mesh rollers (which increase the ink utilization rate by 20%), replace the ink path filter once a month, and activate the "ink path circulation" function of the machine to prevent pigment precipitation, which can reduce the ink waste rate by 10%.
Mostly caused by insufficient lubrication of the guide rails, wear of the bearings, or poor dynamic balance of the screen rollers. Solution: Apply a special lubricant to the guide rails every week, replace the worn bearings, and perform dynamic balance calibration on the screen rollers. The noise can be reduced by 15-20 decibels.
